There is no definite TAT for delivery (it usually takes me 9 weeks max per commission), but it may be extended due to my health problems and university.
I work better with deadlines (short deadlines are charged extra).
If any unforeseen events occur that may delay delivery; a notice will be sent to the client to inform them.
!! sometimes it is not possible for me to do it on the moment, please be patient.
COMMUNICATION
Feel free to send me a message to check the status of your commission, I usually take a long time to reply as I'm busy with other things.
I will try to be as communicative as possible!
!! Please be sure to commission me, sometimes I can be late
due to my studies/personal problems!
REVISIONS
SKETCH: I will discuss with the client about the mood/dynamics of the character, we will provide 1 or 2 sketch (if necessary) to decide on a pose.
!! After choosing the pose, it cannot be changed once I have started coloring! (EXTRA COST TO CHANGE POSE)
WIP: The progress will be provided as the commission is carried out to clarify doubts or in case you want to make any changes in the drawing (details).
COLOR: Once i start coloring you cannot make any more significant changes (such as changing the pose or details that should have been clarified in the sketch).
!! Extra changes: 15 USD or more
FINISH: I'll ask if everything is in order.
I have the right to refuse any commission!
Payment must be made before start the commission (you will be put on the waiting list).
The payment will be made only by Paypal or Ko-fi, it must include both the name of the client and the description of the commission | Example. [Robin (Facebook) / Fullbody + BG]
REFUNDS
There are no refunds at the end of the commission or starting the rendering.
There are no refunds unless the commission cannot be terminated. (Only a portion will be reimbursed depending on how far the commission was advanced).
It's possible to change the idea of the commission and characters as a second option.
I usually offer a compensation/extra drawing in case of missed deadlines/too late commissions.

No hay un TAT definitivo para la entrega (suelo tardar 9 semanas como máximo por comisión), pero puede alargarse debido a mis problemas de salud y la universidad.
Trabajo mejor con deadline (deadlines muy cortos se cobran extra).
Si surge algún imprevisto que pueda retrasar la comisión; se enviará un aviso al cliente para informarle.
!! A veces no me es posible hacerlo en el momento, por favor se paciente.
COMUNICACIÓN
No dudes en enviarme un mensaje para comprobar el estado de tu comisión, suelo tardar un poco en contestar ya que me ocupo en más cosas.
Intentaré ser lo más comunicativo posible.
!! Por favor, este completamente seguro de comisionarme, a veces puedo llegar a tardarme debido a mis estudios/problemas personales.
REVISIONES
SKETCH: Se discutirá con el cliente sobre el ambiente/dinamica del personaje, se le proporcionara de 1 a 2 bocetos (si es necesario) para decidir sobre la pose.
!! Después de elegir, no se puede cambiar una vez que he empezado a colorear (COSTE EXTRA POR CAMBIAR POSE).
WIP: Los avances se irán dando a medida que se vaya realizando la comisión, para aclarar dudas o por si se quiere hacer algún cambio en el dibujo (detalles).
COLOR: Una vez que se empieza a colorear ya no se pueden hacer cambios significativos (como cambiar la pose o detalles que deberían haber quedado aclarados en el boceto).
!! Cambios extra: 15 USD o más
FINAL: Se preguntará si todo está en orden.
Tengo derecho a rechazar cualquier comisión!
El pago debe hacerse antes de comenzar la comisión (se le pondrá en lista de espera).

REEMBOLSOS
No hay devoluciones al final de la comisión ni empezando el render.
Los reembolsos sólo y únicamente se harán si parece que la comisión no puede continuar! (Sólo se reembolsará una parte dependiendo hasta donde se avanzó la comisión).
Se puede cambiar la idea de la comisión y personajes como segunda opción.
Suelo ofrecer una compensación/dibujo extra en caso de haber tardado de más en el dibujo.
